Terms & Conditions for ALJ Competitions Participation in ROSHN League

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern participation in the competitions and raffles organized under the Abdul Latif Jameel Motors Co ("Abdul Latif Jameel Motors") / Jameel Motorsport campaign for ROSHN Saudi League 2025–2026, extending from February 2026 until end of May 2026.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these T&Cs and all applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The winning and prize delivery are subject to the fulfilment of the below terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Participation is open to all legal citizens and residents of KSA aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Abdul Latif Jameel, all its sub-brands, its affiliates, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) are not eligible to participate.

Proof of age, identity, or valid residency will be requested before awarding any prize.

Regulatory Approval

All competitions and raffles are conducted with the prior approval of the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and under its supervision.

No raffle draw or prize distribution will be carried out without such authorization.

General Rules

  • No purchase is required to enter or win.
  • Participants must submit entries in line with the mechanics stated for each competition.
  • Multiple entries are allowed unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions.
  • Entries containing offensive, unlawful, or culturally inappropriate content will be disqualified.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Abdul Latif Jameel reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require such substitution.
  • These General Rules apply to all the competitions, raffles and prizes in ROSHN Pro League 2025–2026.
  • In case of any difference or conflict between the Arabic text and the English of these terms and conditions, the Arabic language shall prevail in interpretation and implementation.
  • The participant shall not win more than one prize nor shall win in more than one competition of the below competitions.
  • The winner bears any taxes imposed on the prize in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

Prizes & Value Disclosure

All prizes, including their type and quantity, are disclosed in these terms and conditions.

If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the organizer's control, it will be replaced with an alternative of equal or greater value.

The color, configuration, and model specifications of all prizes will be determined solely by Abdul Latif Jameel.

Prizes are non-transferable to any person or entity other than the winner, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

All participations and raffles are cancelled in case of any termination or cancellation of the League before the raffle/draw.

TrueFan Challenge

Mechanics: Participants will engage in weekly fan challenges consisting of timed trivia questions related to the Roshn Saudi League (RSL) and Abdul Latif Jameel campaigns.

Submission: All entries must be submitted within the announced competition week. Submissions received after the deadline or incomplete entries will not be accepted or considered for evaluation.

Selection of Winners:

Winners will be determined based on transparent, objective, and verifiable criteria as outlined below:

Score will be calculated using this formula, which ensures that there are no ties regardless the volume of submissions throughout the season:

Final Score = Correct Answers × 50 + Time Left for the timed answer (in milliseconds)/10 – (Attempts Used × 5)

The participant with the highest final score will be ranked first.

Each participant may replay the game up to a maximum of ten (10) times per week. Only the best valid score achieved during the week will be considered for ranking.

If someone doesn't answer any of the questions correctly, the final score will be zero (0) and will not be considered in the competition for the round.

Tiebreaker Mechanism:

This formula, used to calculate points and determine winners and ranks of this competition takes into consideration multiple factors as chronologically listed below:

  • First: The number of correct answers where the higher number takes precedence.
  • Second: The number of attempts used where the participant with fewer attempts takes precedence.
  • Third: The remaining time (in milliseconds) where the participant with more time left takes precedence.
  • In the unlikely event that two or more users tie after applying the aforementioned tiebreakers, the winner will be selected through a raffle using a documented randomizer raffle draw.

All game data, including time stamps, scores, and attempts, will be automatically recorded and verified through the campaign's digital system to ensure fairness and integrity.

Weekly Prizes:

Two (2) winners will be announced each week in accordance with the above mechanics. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

  • First Place (Rank 1): Two (2) General Admission tickets for designated Roshn Saudi League (RSL) 2025 – 2026 matches, subject to ticket availability.
  • Second Place (Rank 2): One (1) General Admission ticket for designated Roshn Saudi League (RSL) 2025 – 2026 matches, subject to ticket availability.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

End-of-Season Prizes:

At the conclusion of the campaign, ten (10) overall season winners will be selected based on the highest cumulative scores across all competition weeks, as verified through the campaign's scoring system.

The final winners will be announced in May 2026, at a date determined by Abdul Latif Jameel.

  • 1st Place: iPhone 17 Pro (256GB) + Apple Watch Series 11 or a signed jersey from players of a Roshn Saudi League club (subject to team and player availability).
  • 2nd Place: Apple Watch Series 11 + AirPods Pro 3 or a signed jersey from players of a Roshn Saudi League club (subject to team and player availability).
  • 3rd Place: AirPods Pro 3 or a signed jersey from players of a Roshn Saudi League club (subject to team and player availability).
  • 4th & 5th Place: AirPods Pro 3.

The color, configuration, and model specifications of all prizes will be determined solely by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors and its authorized vendors responsible for executing the competition.

Signed jerseys will be distributed based on available inventory, and specific team or player requests cannot be guaranteed.

Man Of The Match Predictions

Mechanics: Participants will engage in weekly prediction challenges by selecting a 'Fan's Man of the Match Team,' composed of one (1) player from each Roshn Saudi League (RSL) match, for a total of 9 matches each round, which results in a maximum of 9 players per round through the campaign platform.

Submission: Each participant must submit at least one (1) official player selection per match, with a maximum of nine (9) player entries per round. Submissions received after the closing time of each round or incomplete entries will not be accepted or considered for evaluation.

Definition of Submission Deadline: The submission deadline is defined as the cutoff time established by the Abdul Latif Jameel's microsite administrator, which occurs on the night preceding the first match of each weekly round.

Selection of Winners:

Winners will be determined based on the official leaderboard results, which reflect the accuracy and timing of each participant's predictions in comparison to the actual Roshn Saudi League (RSL) match outcomes.

The final weekly score for each participant shall be calculated using the following formula:

Final Weekly Score = (5 × Number of Correct Guesses) + (Weekly Streak Bonus + Time Remaining Until Submission Deadline in Milliseconds)

Tiebreaker Mechanism:

The scoring formula used in the Fan's Man of the Match Team competition considers:

  • Early Submission Bonus: Priority will be given to participants who submitted their entries earlier, based on both the number of minutes and the number of days prior to the official submission deadline.
  • Final Tiebreak Procedure: In the unlikely event that two or more participants remain tied after applying the above criteria, the winner will be selected through a documented random raffle draw conducted via an approved randomization system.

All gameplay data, including timestamps, scores, and submissions, will be automatically recorded and verified through the campaign's digital system to ensure fairness, accuracy, and integrity.

Weekly Prizes:

Two (2) winners will be announced after each round in accordance with the mechanics described above. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

  • First Place: Two (2) VIP tickets for Roshn Saudi League matches.
  • Second Place: One (1) VIP ticket for Roshn Saudi League matches.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

Abdul Latif Jameel reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require such replacement.

End-of-Season Prizes:

Signed jerseys will be distributed based on their signing, and specific team or player requests cannot be guaranteed.

Campaign Raffles

All users who successfully register and verify their profiles on the official website (www.jameelmotorsport.com) will be automatically entered into the campaign raffle draws.

The campaign includes two raffle draws:

  • Phase One Raffle: Conducted two (2) months after the start of the competition.
  • Phase Two Raffle (End-of-Season): Conducted at the conclusion of the season.

Users who register during Phase One will be eligible to participate in both raffle draws. Users who register during Phase Two will be eligible to participate in the Phase Two (End-of-Season) raffle only.

Eligibility:

All participants who complete and verify their full user profiles on the official microsite and engaged in one or more of the above mentioned competitions (without winning) will automatically qualify for the raffle draw.

Each completed and submitted game within the campaign will grant the user one (1) additional raffle entry, with a maximum of five (5) raffle entries per user.

Only users who meet the registration requirements and comply with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible for entry.

Raffle Process:

The raffle draw will be conducted transparently and randomly with a documented electronic draw tool, under the supervision of authorized representatives approved in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The draw procedure will comply with the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) regulations governing promotional competitions and raffles.

Raffle results will be documented and publicly announced through the official channels for Abdul Latif Jameel Motors.

Prize Details:

  • Phase One Raffle Prize: One (1) iPhone 17 Pro (256 GB).
  • Phase Two Raffle Grand Prize: One (1) Toyota Yaris YX (Model Year 2026).

The color, configuration, and specifications of the prize vehicle are subject to availability and will be determined solely by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors responsible for the execution and delivery of the prize.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted through the details provided (phone, email, or social account).

Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. If unclaimed, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected or the raffle re-conducted without the previous winner.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from participation will first be reviewed by an independent oversight committee appointed by Abdul Latif Jameel Motors.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the competent authorities of KSA.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
